Drake Announces His First Tour in Five Years: The “It’s All a Blur Tour” with 21 Savage

Drake is finally hitting the road again after a five-year hiatus, and this time, he’s bringing 21 Savage along for an unforgettable North American tour. The tour, dubbed the It’s All a Blur Tour, will kick off on June 16, 2023, in New Orleans, LA. This marks Drake’s first tour since his 2018 Aubrey & the Three Amigos Tour with Migos, and fans are eagerly anticipating the return of the chart-topping artist to live performances.

The It’s All a Blur Tour will feature 29 dates across major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, and Montreal, with the grand finale on September 5 in Glendale, AZ. The tour is set to be a celebration of the past decade, reflecting on Drake’s monumental journey in the music industry. The theme of this journey is captured in the emotional announcement video shared by the artist, which shows the evolution of his career from humble beginnings to sold-out arenas.

In the video, a young, hopeful Drake is seen walking through life’s early moments, leading to an iconic billboard that reads “STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM.” The montage then moves through clips of Drake’s performances, his rise to stardom, and touching moments with his son, Adonis. This visual encapsulates the essence of the tour’s theme — a look back at the milestones of a remarkable career.

Since his last tour, Drake has released several critically acclaimed albums. In November 2022, he dropped Her Loss, his collaborative album with 21 Savage, which soared to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Prior to that, Honestly, Nevermind (June 2022) and Certified Lover Boy (September 2021) also debuted at No. 1, solidifying Drake’s reign at the top of the charts.

Tickets for the It’s All a Blur Tour will be available starting March 17, 2023, with presale tickets available for Cash App Card holders on March 15 and Sprite on March 16. Fans can purchase tickets on DrakeRelated.com.
