Australian fans of Post Malone are in for a treat as the multi-platinum artist is set to make his way Down Under for the second time this year. Following a successful run as the opening act for Red Hot Chili Peppers' Australian stadium tour earlier in 2023, Posty is returning for three massive east coast performances as part of his "If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying" world tour.
Post Malone’s Encore Australian Shows Announced
Announced on Friday (June 30), the Grammy-nominated rapper will light up Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in November, bringing his signature energy and chart-topping hits to open-air venues. The tour, produced by Live Nation, will hit the following locations:
Brisbane Showgrounds – November 23
The Domain, Sydney – November 29
Melbourne Showgrounds – November 30
This tour marks Post Malone’s return as a headliner after his opening act stint earlier in the year, which saw him perform at Suncorp Stadium (Brisbane), Accor Stadium (Sydney), and Marvel Stadium (Melbourne) alongside the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
A Global Tour with a Star-Studded Setlist
The Australian leg is part of Malone’s extensive world tour, which kicks off in North America on July 8 and spans multiple continents, including stops in Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Japan, and New Zealand.
As fans eagerly await his performances, Posty is set to showcase songs from his highly anticipated fifth studio album, Austin, dropping on July 28. Alongside new tracks, attendees can expect a reimagined live experience featuring fan-favorite hits like Circles, Sunflower, and Rockstar.
Post Malone’s Continued Success in Australia
Post Malone has cemented his place in the Australian music scene with multiple chart-topping albums. His last release, Twelve Carat Toothache (2022), debuted at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, marking his third top-10 album in Australia. His previous records, Hollywood’s Bleeding (2019) and Beerbongs & Bentleys (2018), both secured No. 1 spots, while his greatest hits compilation, The Diamond Collection, reached No. 16 earlier this year.
